About the books

Found and Lost are two novels which share a common storyline, and several major themes. They take a close, introspective view of the modern world through the eyes of a young boy living in India, called Aveer. He grapples with the hardships which come with childhood; loss, friendship, growing up, all the while becoming increasingly aware of the brutality of the world in which he lives.

Aveer has faced a burning question, deep rooted in the annals of his mind since a young age, a question which leads him to confront his own identity.

His question leads him to the truth, about the world he is a part of, and also highlights his own difference, something which society belittles him for and condemns as a weakness.

However, as you will learn in Found, Aveer’s biggest weakness turns out to be his greatest ally.
